James Le has an extensive background in Finance with a BS Degree from Alfred University in Western New York State and holds a MBA from The University of Phoenix. James has a successful Financial Advisory business in the United States and has a deep knowledge of the EB-5 Immigration process and extensive analysis background of EB-5 projects. Born and raised in Vietnam he has resided in the United States for over 40 years and is a US citizen. James has traveled numerous times to Vietnam on visitations and has led many philanthropic missions to his native country. James is very well accustomed to the migration procedures of the Vietnamese system. James has a tremendous charitable spirit and wants all others to have the same or better opportunity than himself.
