Ms. Zhou serves as Special China Advisor for US China Global Law Group. Ms. Zhou has extensive experience in advising foreign companies on doing business in China. She worked in Beijing and Hong Kong at a Magic Circle law firm specializing in general corporate law, FDI (foreign direct investment), WFOE and JV establishment and competition law for more than half a decade.
