Mr. Tyson has 15 years of legal practice with extensive experience in employment/labor law. Mr. Tyson serves as our of counsel and handles a broad range of employment law cases representing and counseling small and mid-sized business employers as well as individuals in employment-related matters, including discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace, wrongful termination, FMLA and CFRA leave violations, wage violations, medical malpractice and HIPAA violations. In addition, Mr. Tyson also has plenty of real business experience by serving as Managing Member and In-House Counsel and Senior Executive Advisor for various companies.
