Mr. Wetterman has more than 30 years of real estate and business law experience, providing legal guidance at a senior level for a multitude of business-management and operational matters and serves as our of counsel. Mr. Wetterman sat on the board of directors of several companies, acted as strategic planner and general counsel, negotiated mergers and acquisitions, guided executives through incorporations, expansions and dissolution, and represented developers of every type of real properties, from single-family dwellings to raw, undeveloped land to commercial properties for purchase, sale, exchange, and lease. Mr. Wetterman has also advised developers in real estate syndication as well as secured creditors in real estate bankruptcy cases, and provided counseling on real property financing transactions, loan negotiations and modifications and drafted related instruments. In addition, Mr. Wetterman has also represented savings and loan companies in foreclosure actions and developed strategies for collection actions, including foreclosures, against defaulting borrowers.
