Kieu Anh Do, Esq. is a member of the bar associations of New York, Hanoi and AILA. She is one of only a few lawyers who is licensed and able to practice law in the United States and Vietnam.

After graduating from Hanoi Law School in 1995, she studied at Yale Law School as a visiting scholar. She also obtain her LLM degree from Albany Law School and an MBA degree from the Université d’Aix-Marseille, France. Before moving to the United States, Kieu Anh worked for leading law firms in Vietnam (Russin & Vecchi, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and Vilaf) advising foreign companies with their investment and business in Vietnam. At that time, she specialized in inward investment, banking and project finance. Her list of clients include Bank of America, Exxon-Mobil, Citi Bank, Colgate Palmolive, Fedex, LG, Marubeni and many more.

Kieu Anh Do started her own practice in New York in 2008 focusing on immigration and corporate laws. Since then, she has assisted many corporate and individual clients, mostly from Vietnam, to set up business or immigrate to the United States. With regard to the EB-5 practice, her office represents investors only. Her dual bar membership and knowledge of both jurisdictions give Kieu Anh Do great advantage in representing Vietnamese EB-5 clients since she can also render legal opinion regarding source of funds and path of funds which are very complicated in Vietnam.

With more than 20 years of experience, 12 years of which specialize in immigration law, Kieu Anh Do is the best choice for Vietnamese EB-5 investors in pursuing their American dream.
