Michael Lutton is a globally recognized real estate executive and consultant. He has served as President of The Irvine Companies Office Division, Chairman and CEO of PMRG, Executive Managing Director (Office of the Chairman) Cushman and Wakefield. Mr. Lutton has developed over 20 million square feet of space including High Rise office, Condominiums and Mixed Use Business Parks. He is an active consultant on projects throughout China and Taiwan. Mr. Lutton's existing companies include master planning, construction management, public processing, development and brokerage expertise. Mr. Lutton is a past member of the California California Coast Chapter of The Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and is a member of The World Presidents Organization (WPO). He is a former Board Member and Vice Chairman of The National Realty Committee along with Senior leadership positions within The Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Conference of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and The National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP). Mr. Lutton has an active involvement with many charities and is a 30 year member of The Jonathan Club, Los Angeles, California and Big Canyon Country Club, Newport Beach, California.
Michael Lutton is the chairman of Tieback Realty Finance, Inc. He has 32 years of commercial and residential real estate experience in the development, management and sale of properties throughout the United States. Mr. Lutton has developed in excess of ten million square feet of space. This includes most recently a venture with Goldman Sachs to develop the 33-story Sapphire Tower in downtown San Diego, California. Previously, Mr. Lutton served for four years as Executive Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in consulting for on and offshore clients. He also served for five years as Chairman and CEO for PM Realty Group. Mr. Lutton began his career with The Irvine Company where he worked for nine years as President of the Office and Industrial division. Mr. Lutton is an active member of several boards including the master planned Canadian resort GAR96, Newport Digital Technologies, Inc. and Newport Rod and Gun Club.
