Andre Hurst is a licensed real estate broker in Encinitas, California and an owner of the Manager. Mr. Hurst’s primary duties are to identify prospective Assisted Living and Memory Care facility locations and conduct market research and analysis. Mr. Hurst will also be responsible for government compliance required the Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities.
Mr. Hurst received his Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Mr. Hurst has significant experience in the health care industry, including staffing and administration issues.
Mr. Hurst are also owners of Hawaiian Islands Regional Center, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company that is developing two skilled nursing facilities in the state of Hawaii using the EB-5 Program.
