US Immigration Legal Services is comprised of a a team of experienced lawyers and paralegals, specializing in the immigration field. US Immigration Legal Services has offices in the cities of Laguna Niguel and Irvine, California, yet as immigration law is federal law in the US and the attorneys at US Immigration Legal Services are licensed to practice in all US federal courts, clients are represented from all US states as well as internationally.

Our Practice is limited to Immigration and Naturalization services and Business Transactional Law to serve our clients. Our attorneys and staff are multilingual and speak English, Spanish, French, Farsi and Russian. Translator services are available. We have expertise in obtaining E visas, including E-1, E2s, and Eb1, Eb2, Eb3 and Eb5s, as well as temporary work visas to the US.


Attorney, Atoosa Vakili is the founder and managing attorney at US Immigration Legal Services, a full service immigration law practice, in Irvine, California. Her area of concentration is business and investment related immigration to the United States. A graduate of University of San Diego School of Law, Ms. Vakili was admitted to the Bar of California and the 9th Federal Circuit Courts in 1989. She started her career at the San Diego civil litigation firm of Backes, Friesen and Wolf. In 1994, she started the law office of Atoosa Vakili, practicing in the areas of immigration, bankruptcy, business and real estate law. In 2009, she limited her practice to Immigration law and formed US Immigration Legal Services.

Ms. Vakili is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the California Bar Association. She is the chair of Iranian American Bar Association (IABA) Foundation for 2014-2015 and the Pro Bono/Community Outreach Chair for IABA-Orange County chapter. She is active in philanthropy and is member of the executive board of Children’s Hope International Literacy & Development and youth leader for Youth Ambassadors of Hope, a subdivision of Children’s Hope International. Ms. Vakili is also a member of Circle of Visionaries of the Iranian American Women’s Foundation.
