At Paschal Nwokocha Law Offices we are committed to the relentless pursuit of excellence. That has made us one of the preeminent, immigrant-focused law firms in our community and the United States. We are proud to proclaim that we are among the best!

U.S. Immigration is our focus. We have extensive experience in working with investors from Nigeria in all aspects of EB-5. We are not tied to any Regional Center, but will work with whichever Regional Center a client elects to invest in. We are collectively committed to achieving our clients’ immigration objectives in an ethical, courteous, results-oriented, time-efficient, and forthright manner. We have excelled by making sure that the laws of the United States work for our clients, not against them. By doing this, we have earned the trust and confidence of our clients, their families, employers and other lawyers. We combine practical advice and creative solutions to even the most complex of problems to achieve our clients’ goal.
