Hui Zeng

Ms. Zeng's practice is focused primarily on business immigration and corporate.

Ms. Zeng works on the firm's high profile business immigration and corporate cases, representing the Chinese and American clients with a diverse set of legal issues and concerns.  She has drafted numerous EB5 investors’ biography and source of funds petitions therefore has built a solid set of skills in identifying important issues and delivering positive messages to CIS reviewing officers through her composition of the documents. Ms. Zeng is also familiar with various methods of proving EB5 investors’ source of funds and can guide the clients accordingly. Additionally, Ms. Zeng represents bank clients to draft escrow agreements. Moreover, Ms. Zeng is directing the regional center designation application, working cross-functionally with developer, business plan writer, economist, and outside counsel.

BIO

Ms. Zeng received her Bachelor of Law Degree from Beijing Normal University, one of the most prestigious universities in China. Then she obtained her LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law where she focused her study in commercial law and business immigration law. During her study at NYU, Ms. Zeng also interned at Chinese-American Planning Council, Inc., one of the largest non-profit organizations in New York that serves the Chinese Community.

Ms. Zeng passed the P.R. China Judicial Exam and was admitted to New York State Bar. Ms. Zeng is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and is an active member of Asian American Bar Association and New York County Lawyers' Association.
