Stephen Weststeyn is the managing Principal at Northern California Regional Center, a center designed to help people immigrate to the United States though the U.S. EB-5 program. The program allows individuals from around the world to attain United States citizenship through investment in U.S. businesses and creation of U.S. jobs.
