Sandi Hubbard serves as Senior Vice President at Revere Capital, with responsibility for loan originations, structuring, underwriting, closing and asset management. Prior to Revere, she was an Asset Manager with Hudson Advisors, where she managed a $150 million portfolio of non-performing loans. Prior to Hudson, she was a Senior Vice President with the Opportunistic Debt Group of Capmark Investments LP, and, with its predecessor firm, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, a Vice President with the Merchant Banking Group, where she structured, underwrote and closed over $1.7 billion in large-balance mezzanine debt, preferred equity and high-yield first mortgage transactions. Prior to Capmark, Sandi was an Associate with the tax-exempt financing group of The Related Companies, which provided replacement and takeout credit enhancement for multifamily tax-exempt bonds. Sandi started her real estate career with Lazard-Freres’ Real Estate Investment Banking Group.
Ms. Hubbard earned a MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University.
