When founded in 2009, OIP created its first self funded income producing property portfolio, which was later sold to a third party. Since then, OIP has created hundreds of income producing properties with its proven investment model.
Through the portfolio management service OIP has acquired, renovated, and managed properties on behalf of its international private equity partners. OIP’s international client presence has grown to eight mayor markets of the Caribbean, Central and South America: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
OIP has sold a great number of homes to third parties in the retail market and to national institutional clients including industry giants such as Blackstone Group’s Invitation Homes, and American Homes 4 Rent.
OIP is headquartered in Charlotte NC with offices in Miami FL, Santiago Dominican Republic, and Barranquilla Colombia. Additional markets of business include New York NY, Orlando FL, Tampa FL, and Fort Myers FL
BIO
Frank currently serves for Optimum Income Property as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer. In his current role, Frank’s primary responsibilities consist of identifying new investment opportunities for the Company and managing the investment strategies for all of the Company’s current portfolios and clients. Prior to this role Frank served as a Sr. Asset Manager for Optimum Income Property after co-founding the company in 2009. where he directed all facets of its property operations, including asset and property management, marketing, leasing, tenant improvements and building renovation projects.
Frank’s past work experience include: REO Pre-Marketing Manager for ExcellenREO, Freddie Mac Loss Mitigation Officer for Titanium Solutions, Default loan Acquisitions and Servicing Officer for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Back Office Securities Operations Officer for Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaira, Corporate Cash Management Officer for Ocean Bank, and Personal Banker/ Mortgage Specialist for Amtrust Bank.
Frank has a BBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina Charlotte, Financial Planning Certificate from CPC College, Real Estate Developer Certificate from New York University, Currently a candidate for a Master’s of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
