Stijn Van Nieuwerburgh
Stijn Van Nieuwerburgh is Professor of Finance and Yamaichi Faculty Fellow at the Stern School of Business. He is also the Director of the NYU Stern Center for Real Estate Finance research. At Stern, Stijn teaches Real Estate Investment Strategies, an advanced real estate capital markets course. He taught Foundations of Finance for the prior ten years. His research focuses on the linkages between real estate markets, the macroeconomy, and financial markets. Stijn is Associate Editor at the Review of Economic Studies, the Journal of Finance, the Journal of Economic Theory, and the Journal of Banking and Finance.
