He has led corporate strategy, M&A, and marketing for both private and public companies. Rohit has extensive global business experience working with firms in China, Taiwan, S. Korea, Singapore, Australia, India, and the EU. Rohit also has extensive experience in Private Equity and Venture Capital and has successfully completed several Buy-Side and Sell-Side M&A transactions.
Rohit holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
