Timothy D.knowles

Timothy D. Knowles, founder and partner at TDK Law Group, is a lawyer licensed in the state of Washington. He is an entrepreneur, educator, investor and an international businessman. Mr. Knowles earned  bachelor and M.B.A degrees from Yale University and took his law degree from Gonzaga Law School. Through his professional career, Mr. Knowles has gained rich and varied experience in the field of finance, investing, education and immigration. 

His outstanding career includes: national-level commercial lending, merchant and investment banking, securities sales, asset management and service as a public university Vice President, as well as more than 17 years in international business in the Asia-Pacific arena.

Mr. Knowles is also a highly renowned international immigration consultant. With over 22 years of experience, he is one of a few pioneers involved in the EB-5 program since its initial launch in the early 1990s. During his presidency at American Export Partners LLC, a regional center located in Charleston, South Carolina, Mr. Knowles was involved with numerous investment opportunities and established an Asian brokerage network in China, Korea, Taiwan Hong Kong and Indonesia, securing over 180 investors in total. As an attorney since 2008, Mr. Knowles has a 100% approval rate for his clients’ I-526, I-829, and I-924 petitions.
