Mr. Meeker received his Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah and his Juries Doctorate degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. While in law school, Mr. Meeker was a published member of the Creighton University Law Review and a directing member of the International Moot Court Board.
For the last ten years, Mr. Meeker has specialized in civil litigation and transactions, including construction, real estate, employment, and general business matters. Mr. Meeker has represented clients in trial and appellate matters in both state and federal court. And is a member of the Project Management Institute, Turnaround Management Association, Urban Land Institute, Risk Management Association, California Receivers Forum, and Association for Conflict Resolution, National Association of Home Builders and the California Building Association
