Ka began his law practice as an immigration attorney in 1996. Today, he continues to advise his clients in business and family immigration matters.
With a strong background in business law, his clients are drawn from a wide range of industry sectors, including technology, transportation, restaurant, retail, wholesale, and financial services. Some of Ka’s experience includes working in tandem with an underwriter in Beijing for a cross-border initial public offering, as well as assisting a restaurant owner with creating a private wine label, a job which encompassed everything from selecting the right California winery, varietals to label design and setting up the shipment process.
Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, he works closely with U.S. lending institutions and financial consultants in China and Hong Kong to address the unique concerns of their clients who are interested in investing in the U.S.
