Areeba Ajanee

Areeba began her career in Finance in 2005 working as an investment banker primarily dealing with the IPOs of fixed income securities. In London she worked for one of the world’s largest and most renowned real estate consultancies, Cushman & Wakefield. At this firm, she dealt with real estate transactions such as sale and leasebacks, wrote several publications regarding the health of the European real estate market and learned first-hand about the diversity of market places.

Areeba later went on to gain experience with other asset classes such as equity investments. She currently works as an independent financial consultant working for clients world over, specializing in the due diligence of investment deals as well as complex financial modeling. Her specialities include: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (all versions), Word, Powerpoint; very comfortable with complex Excel formulae such as if statements, arrays, v lookups, offsets, matches, choose, text, edate, xnpv, irr etc.,strong financial modelling skills,strong analytical and research skills and strong report writing skills.
