EB-5 Bonds was founded in 2009. We are dedicated to providing investors with a wide variety of high quality EB-5 immigration investments, such as bonds, oil and gas and real estate projects.
In our project designing process, we look for the wants and desires of our investors. By lowering the capital stack of each project, we are able to design projects that are in demand by both local and foreign investors. To ensure that our projects are in compliance with security laws, we use SEC registered investment companies and broker dealers to help manage our projects. Moreover, we employ professional consultants and attorneys for doing due diligence for every project designed. This ensures that all projects that we provide are high quality, legal and secure. Our management team is also operating World Trade Center San Francisco, Access US Oil and Gas Inc. and other regional centers across the United States. Our CEO, Mike Mattox, is a pioneer of EB-5 Bond projects and has a patent pending in both the US and China. With our patent pending, we are the only project designer that can provide quality, legal and secured EB-5 Bond projects.
In 2012, we entered the oil and gas market. Within two years, our first project generated 200 barrels of oil per well, per day and 110,000 cubic meters of natural gas. All of our fund investors filed their I-526 and our second project started at the end of 2014.
In 2013, we received I-526 exemplar from USCIS. This was a big milestone for our bond projects. It signifies that bonds are the future for EB-5 and builds a strong foundation for our company.
2015 is an exciting and important year for our company. We are growing rapidly with the approval of individual I-526 applications, and our team is growing as well. With great people and services, we are continuing to provide quality EB-5 investment to investors around the world.
