Birch Capital LLC was approved by the United States Citizens & Immigration Service (USCIS) on January 13, 2015 for a Regional Center in Miami-Dade, Florida, the Birch Miami-Dade Regional Center, pursuant to the laws and regulations pertaining to the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Pilot Program.
We have identified several investment opportunities within the region, however, seek additional investment opportunities. The focus of our due diligence investigation has been mixed-use development, including a Wal-mart anchored shopping center.
