New Jersey Center for Foreign Investment, LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company established in 2013 and is an approved Regional Center by the USCIS. Our geographical jurisdiction spans all of northern New Jersey, ten primary counties of New York: Kings, Queens, New York, Suffolk, Bronx, West Chester, Nassau, Richmond, Rockland, Putnam. Our focus is on Retail, Mixed Use and Hotel EB-5 Projects in the New York Metropolitan Market but we will also sponsor other projects on a case-by-case basis. NJCFI is affiliated with and sponsors projects developed by SkyMark Development Company, a New Jersey-based developer of mixed-use projects.
