Prime Regional Center, LLC is based in Cohoes, New York, that has as its geographical area fifteen (15) contiguous counties in New York: Albany, Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Greene, Madison, Montgomery, Onondaga, Otsego, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Seneca, Warren, and Washington Counties as well as the adjacent geographic counties.
