Southern California Investment Center (SCIC) has been designated by the United States Citizen & Immigration Service as a Regional Center offering qualified investments resulting in Investor Visa /Green Cards through the EB5 immigrant investor program. SCIC specializes in development and financing of senior living and medical facilities together with manufacturing, commercial, mixed use and green energy projects. Our Regional Center covers Seventeen Southern California counties from the border with Mexico to Monterey and Kern Counties. It serves many area's that are currently starved of jobs and in need of investment capital.
Since China still comprises about 80% of all EB-5 investment, SCIC has representatives located in major Chinese cities who are able to present our chosen opportunities to Chinese nationals interested in making funds available.
