How We Are Different

CNYRC is a Regional Center that is committed to economic and community development. CNYRC understands how to help position and develop projects to allow them to access capital. CNYRC is not only a funding platform for local developers, but is also an extension of an international business consultancy practice serving our global clients and their project needs.

Project sponsors and their needs are our focus and we follow our clients’ lead to help them establish and grow successful ventures that contribute to job creation and overall economic benefit. In working with sponsors we seek to actively collaborate with local non-profit economic development groups to help project owners gain understanding, acceptance and support of the surrounding community to ensure long term success and sustainability of the enterprise.

CNYRC team’s global perspective, deep knowledge of the U.S. public-private partnership paradigm, its language skills and its ability to understand project sponsor needs in the context of the EB-5 program sets CNYRC apart and ensures a successful outcome for project sponsors and investors alike.
