Chesapeake Regional Center, LLC ("CRC"), a Maryland limited liability company, is a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS") registered and chartered regional center under the USCIS administered EB-5 program, through the Immigration Investor Pilot Program for investment by foreign nationals seeking permanent residency in the United States. The investment region covered by Chesapeake Regional Center encompasses Prince George's County, Northern Virginia, Washington DC and extends through Baltimore City and County, as more specifically described below.
CRC was approved on January 14, 2014 and will oversee all administrative matters involving the maintenance and compliance of the Regional Center under the USCIS' rules and guidelines and assist the Members in providing information with respect to the filing of their I-526 Petitions and I-829 Petitions.
