Charter USA Financial LLC is a Florida-based EB-5 Regional Center, designated by the United States Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) to provide investment opportunities to foreign investors interested in participating in the EB-5 Investor Visa Program and obtaining green cards. Our projects are government-funded, low-risk investments to fund charter school construction and expansion. The Charter School Funding Program lends money to Non-Profit Charter Schools to build or expand school buildings. These funds are repaid using Public Educational Capital Outlay (PECO) funds provided by the State of Florida to repay the loan, which translates into low-risk EB-5 investments.
