The City of Dallas Regional Center (CDRC) is the official EB-5 regional center of Dallas, Texas. The CDRC was officially approved by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) on September 8th, 2009. The CDRC invests in 12 distinct business sectors all located in Dallas, Texas-one of the strongest metropolitan economies in the United States today.
The CDRC is dedicated to assisting individuals and their families through the EB-5 immigration process via investment into businesses and development projects located within the Dallas city limits. The City’s EB-5 program offers a variety of investments to foreign investors that meet or exceed requirements and offers investors features unique to the EB-5 community:
A suite of investment options that may be customized for investors and arrangers
A true strategic partnership between the CDRC and other City resources
A broad set of industries where investors can place their money
The City has selected Civitas Capital Management, LLC as the third-party investment manager for the EB-5 Regional Center. Working closely with the Office of Economic Development and the City of Dallas, the Civitas team brings both immigration and investment expertise to the CDRC, creating a unique strategic partnership that results in the development of the highest quality EB-5 investment opportunities for CDRC investors.
