The Admiralty Regional Center Group is comprised of two approved regional centers authorized under the EB-5 Program by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). We sponsor select real estate projects that meet the requirements of the EB-5 Program for qualified foreign investors seeking to obtain permanent residency status in the United States of America.
As immigrants ourselves, we appreciate first-hand how the United States can offer tremendous opportunities for immigrants and their children. At the same time, the complexity, bureaucracy and risks involved in the EB-5 immigration process are daunting. We take pride in our efforts to build a strong track record.
Completed Project and Repayment – 251 Brandon is a successfully completed EB-5 project sponsored by Admiralty California Regional Center. A total of 74 EB-5 investors invested $37 million in the project. In the second quarter of 2018, the borrower repaid in full the $37 million of loans upon their maturity. Out of the 74 investors, all of them have received approval from the USCIS for their I-526 petitions. As of July 2018, 68 investors have filed Form I-829 petitions to remove conditions and were entitled to liquidate their EB-5 investment and receive the full repayment of their investment and return on investment. For the remaining 6 investors who had not reached the second anniversary of conditional permanent resident status, upon their agreement their capital balance will be redeployed so that their capital remains invested through the sustainment period as required by USCIS.
