Texas Growth Fund was established for the express purpose of developing small- to mid-scale business and real estate based investment projects that comply with the United States Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS) requirements for immigrant investors who seek to participate in the EB-5 visa program. As a ‘direct’ EB-5 project developer, Texas Growth Fund is not limited to either a pre-approved geographic region, economic scope or industry cluster with respect to projects that it may develop for immigrant investors in connection with the EB-5 visa program.
