This USCIS approved regional center’s development is located in the heart of Montebello, CA. ABCD is an approved U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”) regional center established by Danny Ku, a real estate executive at K U & Associates, Inc. This entity was organized to promote economic growth and provide capital investment opportunities to investors. Based on the EB5 requirements, this pro- gram will provide foreign investors with an avenue to obtaining U.S. citizenship. This EB5 immigration investor program will con- tribute to the project development in Montebello.
