American Development Investment Regional Center is an approved regional center by USCIS. Under the EB-5 visa program, immigrant investors may participate in funding business affiliates of American Development Investment Regional Center, thereby qualifying them for U.S. permanent resident status.
The American Development Investment Regional Center shall have a geographical scope which includes all counties in the state of Alabama.
