Our goal is to help Foreign Investors qualify for a permanent residency visa or green card through the US EB-5 Regional Center Program. In doing so we will be creating and preserving job growth with economic development in New York State.
EB-5 New York State, LLC ("EB-5 New York State”) is designated as a “Regional Center” by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. As a Regional Center, EB-5 New York State fulfills two roles under the US EB-5 Regional Center program.
Foreign Investors who make a required investment in conjunction with EB-5 New York State, may qualify for US permanent residency pursuant to the US EB-5 Regional Center program. In addition to the Foreign Investor qualifying for a visa, his or her spouse and children under 21 years of age may also qualify for a permanent residency visa (green card) to the United States.
An EB-5 Visa is said to be the quickest and easiest form of obtaining a US Visa. This is only available to foreigners who invest $500,000 or $1 million into a commercial enterprise in the United States.
The US government designated EB-5 New York State as a Regional Center. As such, EB-5 New York State facilitates the investment of EB-5 capital into job creating commercial enterprises in New York State. A Foreign Investor applying for an EB-5 visa makes his or her investment into one of those job creating commercial enterprises.
