US EB5 New York City Regional Center, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company that has been approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS") as an Immigrant Investor Regional Center. Under the EB-5 visa program, immigrant investors may participate in funding business affiliates of US EB5 New York City Regional Center, thereby qualifying for U.S. permanent resident status.
US EB5 New York City Regional Center is approved for a geographic region spanning thirty-six counties in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. We are approved to accept business affiliates in sixteen business categories, from manufacturing and warehousing to construction, retail and restaurants. New businesses in any of these sixteen approved business sectors may join US EB5 New York City Regional Center as a business affiliate and seek funding from immigrant investors. Business categories not included in our pre-approved list may also submit business plans under US EB5 New York City Regional Center, for consideration by USCIS.
