US EB5 Nevada Regional Center, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company that has been approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS") as an Immigrant Investor Regional Center. Under the EB-5 visa program, immigrant investors may participate in funding business affiliates of US EB5 Nevada Regional Center, thereby qualifying for U.S. permanent resident status.
US EB5 Nevada Regional Center is approved for the entire State of Nevada. We are approved to accept business affiliates in sixteen business categories, from manufacturing and warehousing to real estate construction to retail and restaurants. New businesses in any of these 16 business sectors may join US EB5 Nevada Regional Center as a business affiliate and seek funding from immigrant investors. Business categories not included on our pre-approved list may also submit business plans under US EB Nevada Regional Center, for consideration by USCIS.
