US EB5 Florida Regional Center, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company that has been approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS") as an Immigrant Investor Regional Center. Under the EB-5 visa program, immigrant investors may participate in funding business affiliates of US EB5 Florida Regional Center, thereby qualifying them for U.S. permanent resident status.
US EB5 Florida Regional Center is approved for the entire State of Florida. We are approved to accept business affiliates in sixteen business categories, from manufacturing and warehousing to construction to retail and restaurants. New businesses in any of these 16 approved business sectors may join US EB5 Florida Regional Center as a business affiliate and seek funding from immigrant investors. Business categories not included on our pre-approved list may also submit business plans under the US EB5 Florida Regional Center, for consideration by USCIS.
