The New England Regional Center for Economic Development, Inc (NERC) is an authorized Regional Center for the USCIS EB-5 Program. NERC is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts and focuses on Eb-5 projects in the New England area of the United States. Our Geographical Area includes Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk counties in Massachusetts, and Bristol, Kent, Providence, and Washington counties in Rhode Island.
