We provide an equity offering to EB-5 Investors to fund the development, construction, and operation of 24 Child Day Care Centers in the cities of San Antonio and Austin, Texas, under the name of The Pillars Christian Learning Center. The name of the limited partnership holding the 24 day care centers is The Pillars Children Learning Centers, LP. Each center is expected to be 9,000 to 17,000 square feet with space for 181 to 334 children. Each center will create 31 direct jobs. Each center requires an investment of $1.5 to $3 million, with three investors per day care center.
