Columbia Willamette Investments Regional Center (CWI) covers 14 counties within the state of Oregon and two counties within SW Washington with Portland, Oregon as the focal point. This area has a population of about 3.4 million people and its largest city is Portland, Oregon, with a metro area population of about 2.4 million people. Our regional center’s (RC) mission is to invest EB5 investor funds into a variety of commercial enterprises that will result in direct, indirect and induced job creation and will be strong enough economically to enable CWI’s target business to redeem investors equity. The CWI RC operators have extensive, successful business experience within the region.
The primary goal of Columbia Willamette Investments is creating and preserving permanent full time jobs for Americans while fulfilling dreams for foreign investors and their families through the EB-5 Regional Center Investment Program.
Columbia Willamette Investments has partnered with local developers, economists and business immigration attorneys who over decades have developed long standing relationships with local business and civic leaders in addition to city and state governments. These relationships will allow CWI to operate as a successful leader in EB-5 development projects in NW Oregon, SW Washington and direct EB-5 investment projects nationwide.
