Seattle Regional Center was designated by USCIS as a qualified EB-5 Regional Center and is the business, investment and immigration gateway to Washington State. As a member of the United States Regional Center Group with hundreds of millions of dollars of invested EB-5 capital and operating and planned USCIS Regional Centers in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Chicago, Florida and Texas, Seattle Regional Center is uniquely situated to assist in the attainment of the EB-5 visa in a safe and expedited manner.
Seattle Regional Center projects are located in established Targeted Employment Areas (“TEAs”) and qualify for the reduced $500,000 investment minimum. Tenant Occupancy, refinancing, and other job methodologies currently under scrutiny by USCIS are not utilized in any Seattle Regional Center projects.
