LUCA generates its revenue primarily from oil and natural gas exploration and production, oil field management, trading oil/gas resources, and global investment services. In the past eight years, LUCA has successfully developed 24 oil wells and currently owns a controlling interest in more than 10 oil prospects with potential resources valued at over $2 billion in total.

The Luca Energy Fund Regional Center is an oil development program for EB-5 investors worldwide. Luca's major areas of operation include the onshore region of the Gulf of Mexico, one of the largest oil fields in Louisiana and Texas. The program provides for the issuance of green cards to qualifying investors and their families who invest $500K or $1 Million in this Regional Center Project; and such investment creates 10 direct or indirect permanent jobs for U.S. workers.
