The Mission of EB-5 New York State
The mission of EB-5 New York State, LLC, is to use the EB-5 Regional Center Program to:
Create new U.S. jobs in New York State Help qualified Foreign Investors meet the requirements of the EB-5 Program in order to earn U.S. permanent residency (a "green card") for themselves and their families
EB-5 New York State was founded in 2007 and in 2009 was designated a "Regional Center" by the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services of the Department of Homeland Security. The company's Regional Center Area includes all of New York State.
EB-5 New York State has used the EB-5 Program to finance job-creating projects in New York State.
Those projects are: (1) creating thousands of new U.S. jobs and (2) putting qualified Foreign Investors on the path to earn U.S. permanent residency for themselves and their families, per the EB-5 program.
