Central Arizona Regional Center is a federally approved United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) Regional Center with a focus on projects designed to bring improvements in Retail, Wholesale, Convention, Distribution and Light Assembly.
The goal of the Central Arizona Regional Center is to attract foreign money into job creating activities in exchange for residency for the investors. A foreign individual must invest a minimum of $1M ($500K for targeted employment areas) into a project that creates or saves at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers.
The Regional Center designation is bestowed by the U.S. Customs and Immigration Services (USCIS) and is responsible for producing the required results; they act as developers and use the foreign investment to fund the project.
