The California Green Regional Center (CGRC) is an investment management company registered in California, USA. It is a designated Regional Center under the USCIS' EB-5 investment based immigration program (approved on July 15, 2010). The company includes a portfolio of foreign investment supported projects. The company is striving to be an innovative and sustainable enterprise focusing on renewable energy (solar), greenhouse applications and mixed-use commercial real estate developments. CGRC's projects will be developed in multiple phases and each project will be managed by a limited partnership with CGRC as the general partner and potential investors as the limited partners.
CGRC covers four (4) Southern California counties inlcuding Los Angeles, Kern, San Bernardino and Riverside counties. It potenitally boost the local economies by creating over 5,000 employment opportunities.
CGRC targets to fund, develop and operate a number of vertical integrated projects in up to a total of nine (9) industry clusters, including 1) Solar energy generation, distribution, and service; 2) Greenhouse farming; 3) Healthy food and herb health care production; 4) Green energy research and manufacturing; 5) SOHO (Small Office and Home Office) Condo; 6) Hotel; 7) Green lifestyle restaurant center; 8) Shopping mall; and 9) Entertainment and culture center.
