Upstate New York Regional Center (UNYRC)
The mission of Upstate New York Regional Center is to use the EB-5 Regional Center Program to:
- Create new U.S. jobs in New York State
- Help qualified Foreign Investors meet the requirements of the EB-5 Program in order to earn U.S. permanent residency (a "green card") for themselves and their families
Upstate New York Regional Center was founded in 2009 and was designated a "Regional Center" by the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services of the Department of Homeland Security. The company's Regional Center Area includes all of New York State.
Upstate New York Regional Center has used the EB-5 Program to finance job-creating projects in New York State.
