Developments include an array of mixed-use commercial spaces, such as office buildings, hotels, warehouses, and manufacturing and retail sites; valued at cost in excess of approximately $1 billion. In 2012, American Life, Inc.expanded its investment projects to Southern California where it is developing three Marriott branded hotels and three industrial properties, to Atlanta where its developing a Homewood Suites by Hilton, and to Miami where an ‘Embassy Suites by Hilton’ is in the planning stages.
