The mission of NYIRC is to use the EB-5 Regional Center Program to:
Create new U.S. jobs in New York State. Help qualified Foreign Investors meet the requirements of the EB-5 Program in order to earn U.S. permanent residency, a green card, for themselves and their families (including the investor's spouse and children under twenty-one (21) years of age).The NYIRC Regional Center Area includes all of New York City along with select counties in New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
