Renewable Texas Energy RC, LLC ("RTERC") is a Texas Limited Liability Company whose business purpose is to operate an "EB-5 Regional Center" under the guidelines set forth by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS"), a division of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
The Regional Center’s team of professionals have over 300 years of combined experience in commercial real estate development and financing. We will work diligently to provide foreign investors with guidance throughout the entire immigration process. The Regional Center’s Executive Committee is responsible for strategic planning, vision, goals, objectives, strategies, definition, and measurement of success. The Regional Center’s Finance Committee is responsible for accounting, legal, risk, regulatory, personnel administration, resource management, and project underwriting. The Regional Center’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer are responsible for implementing the overall marketing, finance, and operational strategies.
