New England EB5 Development LLC dba Americas Green Card Regional Center (AGCRC) began its licensing process in March of 2013 with the interest of serving the Greater Boston area. On 01/07/2016 Americas Green Card Regional Center was granted full Regional Center Designation by USCIS. Our region covers approximately 1 hour and 20 mins driving distance around the city of Boston and covers 4 states. Eastern Massachusetts , Southern Maine, Southern New Hampshire and intend to cover the entire state of Rhode Island which is the smallest state in the nation. AGCRC has many approved Target Employment Areas throughout the region as required by each project.
