American Pioneer Regional Center (APRC) is a Chicago based real estate private equity firm and Federally designated EB-5 Regional Center. APRC provides Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin real estate developers with debt and equity capital from foreign investors who wish to invest in a US business in order to obtain lawful permanent residence through the EB-5 green card program.
